Shipping is free across India.
In rare cases where your pincode is not serviceable by our courier partners, you may be requested to ship the item back to us at your own expense.

Exchange & Return Policy
At Stradda, we stand by our quality and fit. We accept exchanges and returns under valid conditions:
✅ You are eligible for an exchange or return if:

You received the wrong product (style or size)

You have a fit issue, and the desired size is available on our website

You received a damaged item (a video & images are mandatory)

You are unsatisfied with the product quality
⚠️ Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery via your Stradda account dashboard.
Requests sent via social media channels will not be accepted.
Steps to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Our Customer Support Team will verify and approve the return/exchange within 1–2 working days
Exchange Process & Timelines

Pickup for Exchange: Within 2–3 business days

Inspection at warehouse: Within 2 business days after receipt

Exchange item dispatched: Within 7 business days post approval
Refunds
Refunds are processed under valid circumstances including:

Product is damaged, incorrect, or not as described

The desired size is unavailable for exchange

You are dissatisfied with the product quality
💳 Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued in one of the following ways:

Store Credit / Gift Card — Sent to your registered email ID, valid for 1 year, and redeemable on stradda.in

Original Payment Method — For prepaid orders (UPI, Net Banking, Cards, etc.)
You may choose your preferred refund method while raising the request.
🧾 Refund Terms

Prepaid orders: Full refund (or store credit) available
-
COD orders: Refund/store credit issued after ₹150 deduction for shipping & handling
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
⚠️ Refunds are not available for COD orders via original payment method — only store credit/gift card.
Important Conditions

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact

Missing packaging may incur additional courier charges

Only one return/exchange is allowed per order

If 3 pickup attempts fail, the customer must self-ship the product to the warehouse
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted

For prepaid orders, refunds are made to the original payment source within 7 business days
